All professional accounts on Twitter now have access to Location Spotlight. Local businesses can now display their address, hours, etc. at the top of their Twitter profile using the new feature.

To get directions to a business location, users can click on a map provided by Twitter, which is also integrated with Google Maps.

Professional account holders can also choose to let people browse their store or subscribe to their newsletter. These options have been available with Professional Accounts since last year.

Originally, Location Spotlight was called About Module. Beginning in April 2021, Twitter had only invited a few businesses to test its About Module. 

The Profile Spotlight lowers friction for potential customers. You could also increase sales and revenue if more people visit your website or walk into your store.
